The restaurant

At Restaurante Asador de Lerma we have three unique spaces that preserve all the flavour of the Castilian tradition. Our decoration, inspired by the old farmhouses of the area, combines exposed stone, rustic brick and wooden beams that bring warmth and character to every corner of the restaurant. All framed in a cosy atmosphere where time seems to stand still.

We have:

A main dining room with capacity for 30 diners, where you can breathe the charm of the old Castilian inns, with stone walls, high ceilings with beams and warm lighting that invites conversation.
A second more secluded room, ideal for groups of up to 15 people, perfect for meals with family or friends, without losing that traditional air that defines us.
A third room with capacity for 30 people, ideal for special celebrations, business meetings or private events, in a setting that combines privacy and the unmistakable Castilian style of our house.

Our wood-fired oven, the heart of the rotisserie, takes centre stage, from which dishes are prepared with care and respect for traditional cuisine. The crackling of the fire and the aroma of wood create an authentic experience that goes beyond the palate.
